Method
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Whisk together flour, milk and eggs.
- Set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large cast iron pan.
- Once melted, pour your batter into the pan and immediately place in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Serve hot!
