At 31 I began to have strange, vague symptoms: joint pain, fatigue, the blues, etc. but passed it off as aging, hormones from just having a baby, stress, or lack of sleep. Months went by without answers. I felt embarrassed making appointments with specialists and trying to explain that, while my blood work looked fine, I knew something was very wrong.
This led me to experiment on myself and after months of frustration, I discovered the true source of health. Today, I am the healthiest (and happiest!) I’ve ever been. My hope for this blog is to empower others to reclaim their health…from the seed to the supper table.
